Catalyst replacement in nitrogen medium

Workflow:
A scaffold is erected.
Once the catalyst is unloaded, the tank is aired and ventilated.
Dry-cleaning of the tank interior and preparation for inspection are carried out. Then, the interior undergoes inspection.
Once the tank is deemed suitable for operation, catalyst loading commences.
Catalyst replacement in nitrogen medium:
Unloading the catalyst from the tank;
Preparing the catalyst for inspection and cleaning;
Loading the catalyst.
Equipment used for catalyst replacement:
- Forklifts, truck-mounted cranes, dry product suction vacuum device;
- Insulating compressed air panoramic gas masks and breathing apparatus, filtering panoramic gas masks;
- Compressor;
- Tripod with lifting roller and fall arrest block;
- Gas analyser for measuring oxygen content in nitrogen medium, temperature gauging devices, and other required equipment.
